Outside TV Highlights NICA Mountain Bike League

In this video, Outside TV checks in with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), which is the National Governing Body for high school mountain biking. NICA provides leadership, governance and program support to promote the development of Interscholastic Mountain Biking Leagues throughout the United States. Their goal is to bring the high school league to the entire nation by 2020.
