yea, -forxrider, its to let anyone down below that there is a rider coming and that you better be getting off the track.

To let the next course marshall know that a rider is coming. I believe it is required under UCI rules, but i'm not positive.

@Foxrider18 I think its to tell people ahead to get off the track if they are crossing.. atleast thats what they do when i go to a WRC.
