this looks amazing. is the the 2:30 - 3:00 mark a pretty flat section?

This is course is so physically demanding!!! Lots of pedaling in the middle but the top and bottom sections are extremely fast and the top section is rocky and steep! Plus cup cake road gap is just so much fun to start your run!
