okay that at least confirms my current workflow approach. all my 60i footage always looked smooth in Final Cut when slowed down...but ya cant win em all I guess.

if you wanna slomo shoot 60 and conform it in cinema tools, slowing it down in final cut makes any footage look crapppy

Sage you shooting in all 60p? My damn 30p footage looks like crap in FCP at 50% speed. I hate technology. ps. nice b00b shots.
