Rudy started out racing cross-country back in 1999 and competed in the men's elite category for the scott-suisse allianz team. After many years of racing, the downhill fascination caught up with him. He started competing in some national races. This year he had the chance to start at the worldcups in val di sole and val d'isere for the swiss national team on his new 2013 Scott Gambler.
