fusion uses this suspension design since 2000.....and it is licensed to a guy named bodo probst i think.
Morewood is licensing Split Pivot to my understanding. Not to say that both couldn't, but it could just be them for now. It is a floating shock design according to Nico

Kinda surprised they totally revamped it and then still kept it a single pivot instead of like split pivot.....
