Justin- I'm kind of surprised this video doesn't have a "too much slow-mo" comment already! Let's use your 7d and my bootleg Twixtor to shoot a video of literally a plate of jello shaking. I bet we get 7 million views on the Vimeo DSLR Test channel.

And Tom is a badass so Boston Rule lets him borrow this camera so he can do promo work for Phantom. Video baller status.

kshiz - i resent that 7D/Twixtor comment. I can make some jello video that the kids on Pinkbike will drool over....then again, I'd prob only get 'too much slomo' comments. Jerks.

$2500 a day for a Phantom with plenty of storage and some good lenses seems cheap to me. It's a good camera and there's a reason many people chose to shoot even non-slow motion stuff with it over a lousy RED. The image quality that you get with a real camera like a Phantom at several grand a day is what separates the upper level work from some hobby shooter with a 7d and Twixtor.

Was Zink riding his old Maelstrom there? The bike he was on didn't look like it had a Delta link... Though that's the main point of my post... I usually don't like to watch the dirt jump stuff, it's just not my cup of tea, but that was really cool. It really shines a light on how technical and physical what they're doing is.

In-freakin-credible! Kyle's double tailwhip had so much technicality in his arm movements to his superman-like body position and then the foot placement at the last second.....It's ALL good. Thank you.
