AWESOME! - This is a classic video of bicycle drag races that were held at fallbrook square, a shopping center in West Hills California in the 1970's.

Best bit: Mr Alfonso from the 'bike shop across the way' and his bicycle racing hat prize.

I can't even believe how awesome that was. What would a drag bike look like today?

Gotta love those short crank arms. Spinning and spinning and going nowhere. I like the guy who is sooo fast he needs a parachute but not a helmet.

I don't even know where to start with this sick video. First off, get those dudes a wheelie bar, you are losing crucial seconds off your launch and blowing it. Next, did you see the prototype maxxis drag tire @ 1:33?? Dope! Lastly, I will be running a 'chute on my DH bike in 2011 so I don't run thru the finish line fencing they seem to always put too close to stop for. Good find Spoons
