Behind the Racing with Curtis Keene: Ep 2 1

Heart, soul and pace were the name of the game for Curtis Keene in the latest Enduro World Series race held in the mountainous Nevados de Chillan.

From Red Bull,
"The Enduro World Series kicks off in Chile and things do not go according to plan, at least not for Curtis. The mountainous terrain and high altitude of Nevados de Chillan aren't the only challenges he faces in his first EWS race of 2014. But true to form, Curtis grows more determined than ever."

Who do you think has more pressure on their shoulders: Jerome Clementz or Curtis Keene? Jerome has to defend his title and people expect him to succeed at that. Curtis is the fastest American and has Specialized and Red Bull investing heavily in him and expecting big results. This series is evidence of that, even if it is dramatized.

Regardless, these are pretty cool to watch. It's something bike-related that I can show my parents that they actually enjoy watching. It doesn't require an understanding of fast or slow, big line or small, or the amount of skill and effort involved. Our sport doesn't have a lot of that kind of content.
