Watched this again; that real-time footage on the scrub/boost/bash-jump is ridiculous...hauling freight likes it's a day late. Wow.

Gwin is the icon of the perfect professional athlete. Amazing performance, great attitude, and gives genuine credit to the people/companies who support him. He could be DFL in every race from this point forward, but he would still be regarded as one of the greatest DH riders ever and will have a permanent presence in the bike industry. Good on him. I wish athletes from other disciplines would take note.
