Have you ever ridden down an entire mountain with NO BRAKES on your bike?! No dragging anything just controlling the speed of the bike without brakes. Aaron Chase did just that at Highland Mountain Bike Park.

There are limits to how little one can brake though, regardless of skill. Very tight tracks going around trees, where anyone will be forced to brake a lot from start to finish, are often called "technical" however I think it's more of a challenge to go fast on more open tracks without berms, or even with "negative berms" and with enough space to choose trajectories and to get into smaller or bigger amounts of four-wheel drifting.

looks like the second rider was needing his brakes because Aaron wasn't pedalling in all the sections :-)

I'm sure there will be an A Line version out soon. Those crazy kids are probably taking their brakes off right now.

I'll keep my 200 mil rotors (front and rear) and quad piston calipers. Thanks for a rad vid, though! Wild!

Well, sticky dirt does help. I'm sure if I tried this at Trestle, I would die. Quickly.
