here is my last crash. No chicks were harmed in any of my movies. http://www.pinkbike.com/video/274851/

Two things to say:
#1: If I were Alex... I'd probably laugh.
#2: If I were the chick that got hit, I'd probably laugh harder after such a slow speed collision.

Look, this is like skiing, in that the guy up hill is responsible not to hit the person downhill (behind the person's purview) . So yeah, he was at fault, but stuff like this can easily happen, especially when he had slowed way down and wasn't expecting the person in front to stop (counterintuitively it is easier to hit someone like this when going slow then going super fast). Videos like this make it hard to judge speed, but he obviously wasn't going fast when he hit her. She was easily as close to the person in front of her just before it happened, so she could have been just as easily the perp. She super, way over the top, overreacted. That is the honest truth.

MOOOVE out the way get out the way bitch get out my way.

Have to say i would not have been as nice - well done on keeping your cool. A buddy once stopped dead in front of me for no reason. I braked but my knuckles hit the back of his saddle took weeks to heal. How long agao was this - those riders looked like teenage mutant ninja turtles.

One word: Menopause.
She slammed on the brakes so you'd hit her. She's most likely an attention seeking narcissist.

Oh Santo cielo!!!! that girl has a real problems with her self ,so no need to behave nervously
11/15/2013 1:53 AM
i had to watch that again and Alex you are a gentleman , I would have laughed at the crazy bitch and thrown her bike way off the trail for her to go find , if you are ever in Ireland I will give a personal Tour of our best local trails and buy you at least one Pint of Guinness ! your a legend man !

Pull off to the side, or you're going for a ride.
11/14/2013 8:38 PM
"He's paying for it!" calm down if anything is broken its her fault who throws their bike at someone
(is it me or does someone that goes that slow really need that much suspension in the first place?)

Unbelievable how nice that guy was!
Also, a huge shout out to Trestle for all of the running shoes and body armor that it attracts.
11/14/2013 6:08 PM

11/14/2013 4:33 PM
Yes, someone certainly deserves the "asshole of the day award", but Alex it sure as hell isn't you! Stupid chick!

11/14/2013 8:33 PM

11/14/2013 4:09 PM

JRA at its purest
11/14/2013 3:38 PM
What a bitch.. if i was her, i'd of got up, laughed it off and offered a race.. Falling off, regardless of who's fault is bound to happen in our sport, so why get so mad. Alex, you have nothing to feel terrible for, she barely pulled off the trail before stopping.. If anything i'd of been shouting at her.. bloody idiot that woman!
11/14/2013 2:50 PM
The real victim here is her husband. Could you imagine living with that! I just hope she learned her lesson: mountain biking is dangerous, wear more pads!
11/14/2013 2:29 PM
The MTB community is nice any time i'm at trails i'm always talking to fellow bikers and such she needs to learn that this in NOT how to ride on a trail okay maybe he could have shouted rider but she stopped in a stupid place if i know if someone id behind me i go to on side to let them past easy as it like a road she wouldn't do it on a motor/freeway so why on a trail.
