Pro Gear: Custom Rampage Threads by Fox Racing 9

On the Wednesday night before Rampage, six Fox Racing athletes gathered at the Fox truck in eager anticipation.

The big surprise? Their custom Rampage gear.

Working with riders and their sponsors, Fox went all out, ensuring that the kits matched their rides. TMac gives it two thumbs up.

Everything came together for a fresh look. Kyle Strait looking super pro.

Did you know Bourdo rode Fox?

Lead time on a project like this is longer than you might think. It doesn't magically appear, unlike Cam McCaul's floating helmet.

The gear arrived just in time.

Anthony Messere's custom Rampage Pro carbon lid fit in perfectly with the event.

Messere spreads his wings in the Fox 360 jersey.

The boys will take any confidence booster they can get when sending hits like this. Cam McCaul lets it rip on his way to a first place qualifier.

Looking good, Cam!

Kenny Smith dropping into the gnar.

The Fox Demo Short features durable fabrics and integrated front mesh panels. Bet they feel good at speed on a hot day, just like the ones at Rampage.

Laser perforations on the shorts help out with ventilation and airflow.

The 360 jersey uses quick dry polyester, a nice to have after hiking all the way up the Rampage site.

Dig the gear as much as Strait does? Head over to for all the technical details and more Fox Racing riding stoke.

The Red Bull Rampage is the pinnacle of freeride events, which is why Fox Racing decided to do things right with some custom gear for their top riders. You may have noticed their matching bikes as you watched the live feed, but now you can take a closer look and hear what goes into making something as special as these one-off kits. - Photos by Brandon Turman

Please tell me the green/black/yellow kit will be available by spring to the public. Or just to me would be equally swell.

I've had the pleasure of trying on one of those Rampage Pro's at the shop that I work at....
All of the staff ordered one on the spot, they're that good.

trying a helmet on doesn't say anything about how well it performs or how "good" it is.

    just saying.

Sorry, let's rephrase that. It fits spectacularly, fox has an impeccable brand record and I've used many of their products, helmets included, and sold many to very to happy customers. The helmets history underscores its performance, and it's fit and features contribute to making it a great product.
