monarch plus R shown does not have lever (black one to the right of the XX), monarch plus RC3 has lever (white one) which is always on the same side from what i understand.

looks like it uses the reverb lever which is for left side but can prob be put on either side. it would just be weird

So is the Monarch Plus' lever placement changeable from left to right and vice versa?
