MRP's 28-32 Prototype chainring and micro guide - Interbike 2011 Day 3 - Mountain Biking Pictures - Vital MTB

Developed for the new crop of 9-tooth rear clusters that are starting to popup, as well as for those wanting a 1x10 set up, but need smaller than 32 tooth chainring. With the normal spider, 32 tooth is as small as you can go, but this solution removes the need for the spider.

Ooh, ooh... I already did this back in the yester-year w/ a pair of XTR 956 cranks and a Profile bmx chainwheel. It works really well and all i used was a stencil, hack-saw, and a file. here check it out: my photos
