First Look: 2013 Norco Aurum - Minor Upgrades to a Solid Platform

New bump stops for the new year. These are suited to a wider range of forks and improve the bike's turning radius.

It isn't shown here, but cable routing has been improved in the linkage area.

The same dialed looks and clever features remain for 2013, including the integrated seat clamp.

We spent a day on this dialed Aurum 1 build. The Manitou Dorado / Cane Creek Double Barrel combo was a great match up. Supple, plush, and plenty of support when needed.

Clockwise: Aurum LE, the second Aurum 1 build, Aurum 3, and Aurum 2. Loads of options for any budget.

Custom colored graphics on the Aurum 1's Dorado fork. Shazam!

Shimano's new M820 Saint components highlight the Aurum LE and 1 builds. You'll find similar quality Zee parts on the cheaper build. That's what up for 2013! Check for more details.

Why change something that isn't broken? Save a few small issues, Norco's Aurum DH bike was really well received in 2012. The new year brings a few upgrades, fresh paint, and fresh parts to the Aurum lineup.
