Does it Come in Rootbeer? New DVO Fork Colors - Does it Come in Rootbeer? New DVO Fork Colors - Mountain Biking Pictures - Vital MTB

A DVO Emerald downhill fork was spotted in this "Rootbeer" color at the Super 8 enduro race in Taiwan last week. The word we're getting is that this color is an OEM option and while any real, actual data is unavailable, years of internet speculation have proven that anything in Rootbeer has a 38% chance of being 69% better. Vital likes it!

Interesting the Nexcavator on the rear is on backwards. Bad set up or something I'm missing? Bad set up how do they get a fork no one knows about?

OEM option?!?! What brand dh bike is gonna offer complete with the Emerald? I'd buy it, keep the fork, and part everything else out.

That's a great comment! Currently we are talking to quite a few OEM companies but our priority is to fill the aftermarket orders first! We are all in Taiwan overseeing the assembly now and products are shipping. Cheers, DVO

Called, left a msg, no call back, called left a msg AGAIN, no call back. You have officially lost a potential customer for life. BTW I am a 28yr with a masters degree in finance and LOTS of money to spend on bikes, spent well over $20k on bike stuff this year alone. Looks like Cane Creek will get my money now.

One year ago this week was when the very first working prototype was assembled, the one pictured is the final production spec which has I believe has changed even since it was tested by Vital at Crankworx. To get a new product to market from the first proto to production in a year is no small task. The entire team is in Taiwan at the moment to oversee the first production run.

Yes we are shipping products, finally! Sorry about the delays but we are trying to catch up with the back orders while making sure everything is perfect! Cheers, DVO
