Welcome back to Virgin, Utah. The road to Rampage ends here. Are you ready for this?
Cam Zink says he's FLIPPING the Oakley Icon Sender, and he's confident he can pull it off.
Breathe it in. Rampage comes but once a year.
Olly Wilkins, who is helping out Brendan Fairclough, gives his take on Rampage. Makken, Andreu, and Tmac look on.
Tyler McCaul is going large. Very large. Would you expect anything less? Without their build crews, riders wouldn't be able to put on such an incredible show. Respect.
Wood vs natural? Expect to see Kyle Strait going sky high over a few big wood features. His line up top is as raw as it gets, though, as is Nico Vink's.
Which way will Thomas Vanderham go? With line options galore and a smart plan to learn from the qualifier round, we may have to wait to find out. Yannick Granieri is coming straight down the middle.
Eager to let it fly, Andreu Lacondeguy was the first to hike his ride to the top.
Andreu practices the steeze that we're sure Ryan Howard will deliver in mass quantities come qualifier day.
Due to injuries or by choice, we won't be seeing Kurt Sorge, Darren Berrecloth, Gee Atherton, Mick Hannah or Steve Smith fly over these ridges this year. Instead, Paul Bas, Ryan Howard, Ramon Hunziker, Mark Matthews and Tom van Steenbergen will get a chance to tackle the mountain.
Andreu showing how it's done.
Water is precious, as all the riders will tell you after hauling it up the hill. Brendan Howey is ready to put on a show.
Three days with three diggers. Those are the criteria set forth by Red Bull this year, for better or for worse. Even with the tight window, Graham Agassiz is on a mission to build two impressive lines.
Brandon Semenuk's build crew was the first in and the last out today, long after dark. They're putting in some serious work once again, even with the tighter restrictions.
Semenuk's headed for his big move from 2012. It's all about linking old with new this year.
Cam McCaul on the drums, ladies and gents. He's headed rider's right for the huge canyon gap once again, and will share part of his line with Kelly McGarry.
Ramon Hunziker will be joined by Cam, Kelly McGarry and Tom van Steenbergen over the canyon gap.
van Steenbergen let's it fly over a 35-foot gap he built near the top of the ridge.
Makken looks perfectly at home in Utah. Big jumps and hits are his forte, and we expect to see big things from him come qualifier day.
Last light at the Rampage site.
Stay tuned for more action from the Utah desert as the week rolls on. It's going to be sick!

Description
It's go time! Following weeks of hype and anticipation, riders converged on a small but massive patch of Utah soil to begin crafting their Rampage lines. We grabbed a shovel and hit the hill to see what they're building, where they're headed, and what they have up their sleeves for game day. This year is going to be absolutely huge!
