Fasthouse to Enter Mountain Biking in 2018

Santa Clarita, CA – (September 11, 2017) – Fasthouse, the motocross gear and clothing brand, is making their debut into MTB. With a collection that suits all different kinds of riding with individual style for everyone, the brand will debut in spring 2018.

Fasthouse founder Kenny Alexander said, “We are excited to bring the Fasthouse moto style into the MTB world. Drawing from our moto background of having fun and racing sometimes, will fit in nicely into the MTB line that Fasthouse will be launching in spring. We are totally stoked to add Mike Redding to the team. I love his style. He will fit into our family perfectly. I can’t think of anyone else better to get our mountain bike division rolling.”

Redding comes to the company with 18 years of experience in marketing, with an emphasis in mountain bike sports marketing, having most recently worked at Fox Racing and prior to that, Troy Lee Designs.

“I was excited when Kenny gave me the nod to head up their MTB program at Fasthouse,” said Mike Redding. “What drew me into this company is the edge and punk rock attitude that shows in their moto gear and their athletes. I’m looking forward to building a fun team to do videos and movies and throw some great parties along the way. We will be the Purveyor of Good Times!”

With the caveat that I'm not into moto, or familiar with the brand... when I view and read this page I get a vibe of this being the Ed Hardy of Mountain Biking. I could be wrong, but just saying.

50:01 seems more just having fun as a dirty mountain biker and less about putting a lot of effort into your image... torn t-shirts vs. loud moto jerseys with bold & cheesy sayings printed on them.

Well, we'll see what they come out with.

Truth. Just ride the damn bike and have fun.

Anyone else think Guy Fieri after reading/viewing this PR post? This dank donkey sauce nacho gear is off da hook!!!!

Maybe they could sponsor the whole 50:01 crew. Based on their whole marketing write up her that should be perfect fit.
