i have been wondering the best way to make a crank stop as i have been trying tail-whips and the pedals are moving whilst spinning then i try to put feet on and it is all out of whack. i have tried just using the breaks but it doesn't spin as well. i was wondering what would be better a couple of cable ties or a hose clamp. and i was thinking just use an old tube and cut it up.

any suggestions would be nice thanks

dude i used a rubber adapter thing that came from orileys auto parts for 4 bucks and a regular hose clamp. I tried using a tube and the clamp but i have a mega exo bottom bracket and the tube kept getting stuck between the crank and bb and jamming. the rubber i used is a bit thicker so it dosent get caught so easy....
