I have been looking through every full suspension XC bike. I simply love the yeti ASR and I dont know why, it is expensive, not the lightest and designed in 2014.
But it looks awesome, it seems a good bike to enjoy the trails and do occasional xc racing.
Could this bike ever be competitive in the mtb world cup?
Do its more agressive geometry and 120mm really help in the treaky parts?
Im sure this is a tremenduous good looking and exclusive bike, though I am not yet sure wether it would be the most rational choice.
But, am I rational when riding??
I am looking at the Turq frame.
Other alternatives could be the Berria Maco, specialized epic, cube ams or scott spark.
Aiming to buy a high cuality frame that I can addapt to my needs and feel at any time: from a light xc racer to a more relaxed trail bike w/dropper post and wider wheels....
