It looks like it. In the last image you can see two screws to hold it in. My question is do they only fit Corsair frames? If your ht is longer are you out of luck? And if it's shorter, does one use shims or is there adjustability with the steer tube?

Looks like something Bos did with Nico back in the day. I liked it back then and still do.
