Comparable? Don't they cost $2700? What other fork besides say, an Avalanche, if they are still in business, compares to that price? I'm not a Fox fan, so I'm not up on their prices, but I don't think that they're asking that much yet. I still very much want one. I've got other examples of the other two generations of Dorado, which I got used. The 7" hucker fork pretty much sucks. It's still harsh after removing as many shims as I dare. But my OG first year version is amazing. I got it used and tuned for hucking by someone who never hucked, except to body case, and detuned it myself. I'm not sure if it's back to stock or not, but with only six inches of travel, it feels as bottomless as my Boxxer World Cup.

Nah. They retail for $1700. Currently available online for $1350.

The old carbon version was more expensive.

I'm super pumped on my Dorado, feels amazing right out of the box, I use all the travel, but it never bottoms hard. You could never tell by riding it that it's an air fork either, rides like a coil for sure.
