I might well just hit that up. The course looks fast and fun. Is this the first year or have I been missing out? Opps, just went to the link and saw that it is in fact the first anual event. I'll talk to some friends and try to bring a posse.

Did you end up making it down for the race? it was a great time! we will be bringing more races to you guys from the same course. as well as a dual slalom course being built this fall

Nope. I had friends in Santa Cruz town and couldn't make it. The trail looks fast and fun. I'll keep my ears open for the next race.
