The Snowscoot - Winter's Alternative to MTB?
If you haven't seen dry dirt for 2+ months, this may look like a ton of fun. For others, it might not. Either way, it's a creative way of bringing bikes to the snow. Just like the real deal, there are several types of snowscooting. These videos showcase two distinct styles:
Nico and Hervé from France put on a show with 360 barspins, frontflip tuck-nos, double tailwhips, clicked supermans and more. This is the snowscoot equivalent to slopestyle.
Nico from Canada gets rowdy by drifting turns, railing berms, shredding a snow pumptrack, and dragging bars on the ski slope.

I ride snowscoot since 4 years now, it's much easier to do tricks with a snowscoot than with a bicycle, but it's still a very fun sport and the greatest alternative, according to me, for mtb and bmx riders who don't have the possibility to ride their bike during winter. There are some snowscoot companies, including DCADE (www.snowscoot.ca, ask on the forum if you wanna buy one), Jykk (http://www.snowscoot.co.jp/) and Insane Toys (www.snowscoot.com). Some bike shops are selling them, ask yours.

Fun Fact - Turns out Filip Polc is one of the top snowscoot racers in the world, and lays claim to the world speed record (134.7 km/h = 83.7 mph). This is in addition to his impressive DH and 4X resume...

Dude, that is ridiculous, i want one! Where can I pick up one of these things. I'm sure no mountain in the states will let someone take these up a lift because we're just that awesome.
