Three years ago, Hafjell, Norway, showcased their second World Cup DH race. The course was nothing short of spectacular with big jumps, high-speed corners and wheel-eating tech sections; a rider-favorite to be certain. 27.5-inch wheels weren't on the DH scene yet, but clearly that had no impact on how much speed was carried as this Vital RAW from practice displays.
Stevie Smith went on to win Sunday's race, backing up his 2012 Hafjell performance, proving he was one of our sport's best. Time sure has flown by, hasn't it? #longlivechainsaw and long live downhill racing. Nothing can compare.
