Just a suggestion, but I think you should have requirements for the video every month, kind of like you did with the bike check, but just not that specific. Like "three riders" or "diverse bike types" or just random things, that way kids are encouraged to upload fresh new videos instead of a few heavy hitters just uploading their Pinkbike VODs from the past year.
