The TR450 was far from the first to use that particular linkage-driven single-pivot design. The '02 Turner DHR was the first I can recall, and Ventana's El Cuervo came a couple years later.
Surprised Caroline Buchanan couldn't get a factory ride for DH -- she's legit.

.. i attached it by zip ties .. i made holes on Csixx guard and make ties pass under it ..
