@Oz_Taylor not true! The Padloc can go on any bar. The part from Park Tools is only $15 and my shop bought it and had it in shop 2 days after I requested it. It slides right into the existing Park Tool bar cutting jig. Takes 5 minutes to cut the bar down max. Even the first...more

From what Hill has said, and what I know of his riding, I think he probably likes EWS tracks more than what has been happening with WC in recent years. He's a wizard when it comes to finding lines in natural terrain and what some would consider true ... more »

The pattern is available, but the GRP40 rubber isn't out yet. Your only choice at the moment is 65/55 in 27.5, which is a bit hard even for a mud tire on the WC.

I pretty much always prefer a full-face... my backpack has a helmet carrier, so I just strap it on there for long climbs as I am not worried about crashing on my head while climbing. DH casings + Full Face is the only way to "enduro"

I'm so excited to see what Aron does on the Tues with it's higher suspension progressivity as opposed to the Spec. Total domination may be boring to some people. But not me.

... From Angel's instagram, managed to download a larger res version from the photographer's Facebook page. https://www.instagram.com/p/BBN79sDSMrl/ So, definitely on the same team as Gwin. Hard to tell, but the rear end doesn't look like current YT.

Hmm, would 'cables coming out of the seat tube' be easy to spot in video of the race? That seems like the only thing that could exonerate her.

While the Norco and new Cube both 'look like a session'.... Greg Williamson's instagram shot ( YT Tues ) combined with Gwin's Alpinestars posts point to a new M. Whiteley team on YT bikes. Whiteley also has strong ties to VW/Audi.

Wild guess... Gwin to YT? They have EWS and Freeride, but no DH racers. They want to validate the Tues as a race bike and could probably use an extra foothold in the US. While Gwin was at Interbike renewing his other contracts, he plugged Zink's movie ... more »

Spot on! Thank you for writing that SSpomer. Doing well at Rampage is about exposure and marketability to sponsors. Rampage is obviously high up on the gnar scale, but the people implying that EWS/WC racing aren't just as risky are splitting some pretty ... more »

I think you are spot on about the misplaced anger. I keep seeing people say that riders are risking their lives for Redbull, but that's ridiculous that anyone would do that or ride for the benefit of a sponsor that isn't paying them. I agree that riders...more
