The New Gravity Enduro Beast

The Good: Amazingly, you would not know how you could become with this radically progressive geometry: 65-degree head tube angle, 74.2-degree seat tube angle, 13.4-inch bottom-bracket height, 17.1-inch chainstays, and a 46.1-inch wheelbase. This is the perfect Geometry for descendant and cornering trails as well as an excellent Geometry for overall all mountain trails (including ascendant trails). Above are perfectly supported by Two thumbs up 650B's application. The Geometry (especially wheelbase) and weight also confidently pushs your limit on every jumping and dropping. The VPP Technology, suspension and 650B's application help you smoothly stay in the ground on most of rock garden and bumping trails...

The Bad: The Price and limited Color options.... :-)

WARNING: Little adjustment on how you steering (longer reach than previous Nomad) and how you pedaling or positioning your foots (lower BB high than previous Nomad), then you will be The Scariest Wild Beast on every descendant and crinkle trails.... Trust me, you could not control your smiles on your face......

Strong yet light ...

The Good: Strong, light and looks great are the good features of this stem. I believe those features came from the the material, design and how it been manufactured. The power transfer from your body to the handlebar and front wheel is effective.

The Bad: There are few features that i dont like about this. those are the tag price ...seller price ... and .take out price..

I highly recommend this as the chosen stem for enduro, aggresive AM, single crown's Freeride, light dh and DJ. So far i really feel confidence to take out berm and fast speed single track, and  i control my bike through this stem not the other around.

Added a product review for RockShox Vivid Air R2C Rear Shock 11/12/2012 3:37 PM

Consistently performed for longer aggressive rides.

The Good: Its hot rod technology has completed and maintained its performance for much longer rides compare with other air rear shock. (Ex. 12 km to 3-4 km of other air rear shock) . Drops and Jumps, Vivid Air perfectly beats other air shock (8 to 5) and if you could find your best set up, it will bring you to win Red Bull Rampage (Kurt Sorge - 2012's Winner of Red Bull Rampage). It showed Vivid Air could be much better than the best Coil Rear Shock for Drops and Jumps.

The Bad: It is required tune up more often than your coil rear shocks. You really need to find the right set up combination for cornering, full speed at rock garden and extreme descending,

The most hardiness among air rear shocks and compare with coil rear shocks, Vivid air could achieved coil rear shock performance with half of the weight. The best rear shock for Freeride, Gravity Enduro and AM

Rides with Confidence

The Good: Super stiff and relatively the lightest among all hardcore handlebars. Its looks, strength and stiffness provide you with confidence.

The Bad: The only bad thing about this handlebar is the check out price....

So far it is the chosen handlebar for DH, Freeride,Aggressive AM and Gravity Enduro type of rides for its stiff, light, strength and certainly its looks.

Added a product review for 2011 Santa Cruz Nomad Freeride Bike 10/19/2012 1:49 PM

The chosen all around bike

The Good: - The Geometry and VPP are the big advantage for all around bike. - The weight to stiffness or strength ratios are really efficient

The Bad: - BB height is not really an advantage for turning and berm, thus heven't seen racer use this bike for dual slalom....

All Around bike and diffidently my chosen enduro bike...it geometry lets the rider to control the bike not the other around. However my next upgraded bike will be Nomad with 6.5' travel

Notes For Santa Cruz: Watch Specialized , they launch New Specialized Enduro with extended travel to 6.5'
