I get your point. In Germany we have the so so-called "PROPAIN Friends" programm. To take part in this programm owners of PROPAIN bikes register with their bike (model, modelyear and size) and we from PROPAIN Bikes arrange test-rides with potential buyers so they can sit and ride on the bike to see if it is the right size. Where are you from?

Then you would probably go for our XL frame! ;-)

Here are the TT length and reach of the TYEE in size L in comparison to a Specilized Enduro for example:

TYEE TT length: 596mm
TYEE reach: 440mm
Specialized Enduro TT length: 623mm
Specialized Enduro reach: 460mm

In my opinion the ratio of the TT length to reach is fine and correct. It is true indeed, that we keep your frames in comparison to other bikes a bit short to assure a playful and agile handling on the trails as well as a comfortable and relaxed position for the uphills.

Nice bike!! It would look even better with an all black fork.

Works fine without a chainguide. I use a X.0 Type-2 rear derailleur and therefore the chain is tensed enough. It weights 14,9 KG.
