It's called the "Founder" and it's from the folks at "Foundation Training." This is a great exercise to break the flexion habits of the seated workplace, as well as helping get rid of lower back pain and tightness. It also helps with the hip hinge that is so important for us riders. Start out with 1 set and work up to 3 sets. www.enduromtbtraining.com

Better posture with this one move If you watched the last video (#1), it opened up your chest. This video will help provide stability for your upper back and allow that ribcage to sit in a more optimal position, so that your breathing is even better than just doing the chest stretch. www.enduromtbtraining.com
