It's called the "Founder" and it's from the folks at "Foundation Training." This is a great exercise to break the flexion habits of the seated workplace, as well as helping get rid of lower back pain and tightness. It also helps with the hip hinge that is so important for us riders. Start out with 1 set and work up to 3 sets. www.enduromtbtraining.com
