The cage looks prototype-ish. Would be most excellent if they produced these but my guess is no.
The Yeti race trailer decided to make a pit stop in SLC. Not totally planned, their truck made the decision for them. Well, lucky for us, they decided to hang out at the shop while they got it sorted out, and we got to check out Jared Graves' 2011 DH

We've tried these on a few different bikes at Go-Ride. You have to make certain there is clearance, as the point where the bike bottoms out can change quite a bit. A much easier, and cheaper way to play with geometry, than an adjustable headset, or a ... more »
Weight: 26 lbs w/o pedals We are actually building up a twin to this (father/son) right now. Black frame with pewter King hubs. Everything else will be the same.

Rock Shox Argyle, and Fox Van 36. How many bikes do you own?
I'm with Turman. The Longneck is my favorite.
Yeah, same one. Now it serves as my wife's BMX/skatepark machine.
I also removed the disc brake mounts and custom painted my Argyle, but I don't have it here to take photos.
Cool to see the stuff they can do, but also interesting to see how timid they have to be on stuff that you would just blast down on a squishy bike.

I think motoGP guys have something like this as well right? Seems like it would be a cool idea. So many variables to think of though.
