Not to mention Gwin seemed a little more than just happy for Brook when he won that WC round this past season...almost as if one of his own team-mates had won.

Fair enough...I've seen a couple around town, but didn't have a chance to talk it up with the owners. I would only consider one for TRUE XC/AM riding...nothing else. As-is, I'll stick with my Flux. I am probably going to get one of these for ... more »

Anybody have any experience with this one? http://www.met-helmets.com/index.php/products/119-parachute I find it intriguing...in a good way.

Even the sidewalls have tread!!! Also before my time...at least in regards to my exposure to mountain biking, let alone downhill mountain biking. I'm old enough to where I should have known, but I was living in Florida back then. btw, that thing looks ... more »

Definitely not questioning those that actually race, but on a short course such as Windham, even the smallest hesitation on even a 1/2 pedal stroke will cost you 5-10 spots in the results. With that minimal margin for error, you're going balls-out or ... more »

I love me some PacNW! Other places are awesome, but I have yet to find an area that matches what this area offers in regards to variety. Actually, this area blows...don't ever come up here to ride. You will be disappointed and will likely want to end

Hahahahahahaha!!! I totally agree with nwdhdad. I think an airbag for the jewels would have helped a lot in the 1st clip. That last clip was awesome - thought the dummy was going to stick that stoppie! I'd guess it's intended for folks that keep the ... more »

I'd prefer doing it over talking about it. Although it's fun watching the Cali folk that have never ridden in anything non-dry when they come up to the races!!!

I think Peat has won pretty much every single one of them until now. Nasty bail he had in that clip...looks like it was a bit of a carnage-fest throughout.
