Just my opinion...
"Santa Cruz needs to hire a real graphics guy for their decals..." No, Santa Cruz needs to fire a graphics guy.
I think that one of the things that SC has done well with over the years is resisting the urge to have some "graphics guy" throw up all over the bikes each model year. Functionally, the bikes get better with each iteration, but visually, they are taking a dive. Solid color...classic SC logo...It may be boring, but it will always look good.

The ONLY reason to wear anything other than Lycra while riding is because you are concerned about the way you look. If you are competing at a high level, should you really be that shallow?
