The Good: The ride is great. There is nothing bad about the ride quality of this bike. Pure dh race rig thats highly adjustable.
The Bad: The company itself, specifically the warranty department. I broke my frame in October of last year. After talking to Gabe in warranty and sending pictures to him, he agreed to replace the frame under warranty. He promised me that this would be taken care of no later than February. When February came he said it would be 45 days, production problems in China. 45 days past and I was getting a little pissed with race season starting I still had no frame. He promised me it would be taken care of no later than the end of March. Now we are at the end of March, he says he has 70 frames that just came in and 50 of them are junk, he'll call me back with a status. It's now August and he has not returned any of my calls, my shops calls, and the reps that were selling the frames have quit.
Overall: I say to anyone who is thinking of buying this frame to reconsider. Don't make the mistake I did spending your hard earned money. They have had several revisions to this frame and it's still not holding up. The only ones they are taking care of are themselves. I started checking around to see what happened to the 20 "GOOD" frames that pasted inspection and the bike shop down the road from them got 6 of them to sell. Where did the rest go? Canada? Race team? Europe? No one knows the answer to that because they wont answer the phone. I hope the rest of you will be smart and pass this one up. Evil, you live up to your name. Thanks for ruining my race season and my confidence in the little guy! I'm only clicking one star cause it wont allow me to leave it blank!
