Where's Maads? That seemed just like his kind of shenanigans. I love how one of the guys rides the big bike line on his hard tail.

Naw, he did that on purpose. He thought he was in speed and style and did a sweet nose bonk to sweet nose wheelie.

Silly Fox, no low-speed compression to push off against.

That trail looks awesome. I have no idea where that mix of geology and plant life hang out around here. When I read "Somewhere in California" I assumed that it was our local secret trail that Specialized and Santa Cruz love to blow up in their team vans and put on video. Glad it wasn't for once. As for Gwin. Man. Was that sped up? There were some serious gaps in there too. I was a bit surprised that he kept landing rear wheel first. Is that the new style? I always try to get my front wheel down pretty quick so I can steer if necessary. I just watched it again and I love the line, "If I'm not having fun, I might as well do something else." That's how I feel about work too. Though, being unemployed in Santa Cruz right now, I'm starting to look at some pretty shitty jobs.

Low stem, high bar. It hurts to say it, but I guess I'm Old School.

Another instant classic. I was kinda hoping to see him chase down the White Van Guy. I've said it before, get that man to rampage. He'd pedal up, then slay it down.

Welcome to Downhill. I'm trying to get more of the BMXers down at the trails up onto our trails and it's working pretty well. Anyway, I'd say start with the front end and the cockpit in particular. The previous owner obviously worked at a powder coating ... more ยป

A lot of people are figuring out the benefits of a high pivot with a jackshaft. Zerode certainly knows. Who was the first? Brooklyn Machine Works? Was there one before that?

I'm guessing that he blew up a wheel, judging from the mismatched spokes in the picture above.
