We just had a great bike festival here in Queenstown. There were numerous Pro riders at many of the events. It inspired riders of many ages and abilities, and the Pros themselves seemed to enjoy competing in such a chilled atmosphere with quality...more

I run both, switching regularly will help strengthen you're skills and leg muscles especially your knees as the work differently when clipped and un clipped, it's also good if your scouting lines ( first couple of runs at a race) to be on flats then ... more »

its a simple reaction to the realisation that the EWS is going to really take off and that they aren't going to recieve a cent from it. do they honestly not realise that the majority of races world wide are unsanctioned?
